Terms and Conditions
These terms explain the ground rules for using YouTube Video Download Online, whether you're saving a playlist of travel vlogs for a long flight or grabbing a podcast for your commute. They're written in plain words so you know what to expect from us and what we expect from you.

Accepting these terms
By using this website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site.
You need to be old enough to enter into an agreement like this where you live. If you're younger, ask a parent or guardian to read these terms with you first.
What the service does
YouTube Video Download Online is a free YouTube video download tool that runs in your browser. You paste a YouTube link, tap the button, and the tool looks up the video live, showing its title, length and the available qualities.
You can pick an MP4 video file from 144p up to 1080p, each with sound and with its file size shown, or an MP3 audio file at 320, 256, 192, 128 or 64 kbps. Tapping a quality opens the file in a new browser tab straight from YouTube's video servers, and you save it from there.
- No account or sign-up is needed.
- No app or browser extension has to be installed.
- We don't host, store or keep copies of any video or audio file.
Personal, non-commercial use
The tool is meant for individuals who want to watch or listen offline, for example on a train with patchy signal or to save mobile data while traveling. You may use it for your own personal, non-commercial purposes only.
Using the service as part of a paid product, a business workflow or any setup that charges others for access is not allowed without our written permission.
Copyright and your responsibility
Most videos on YouTube are protected by copyright. Being able to open a file with our tool does not mean you have the right to keep it, share it or reuse it.
You are fully responsible for what you save. Only download content you have a right to keep, and follow YouTube's own terms of service as well as the copyright laws that apply where you live.
- Videos you created and uploaded yourself.
- Works in the public domain.
- Content published under a licence that allows downloading, such as some Creative Commons licences.
- Content the rights holder has clearly allowed you to save.
Things you must not do
We want the site to stay quick and available for everyone, so a few things are off-limits. Breaking these rules can lead to your access being blocked.
- Sending automated or mass requests through bots, scripts, scrapers or similar tools.
- Trying to overload, disrupt, hack or bypass the security of the site.
- Using the service to break any law or to infringe anyone's copyright or other rights.
- Reselling, reframing or offering the service as your own, or charging others to use it.
- Using the site to spread illegal, harmful or abusive material.
No affiliation with YouTube or Google
YouTube Video Download Online is an independent website. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by YouTube or Google. YouTube is a trademark of Google LLC, and we use the name only to describe what our tool works with.
Third-party content
Every video and audio track you see through the tool belongs to its creator or rights holder and comes from YouTube's servers, not ours. We don't create, review or control that content, and we're not responsible for its accuracy, legality or anything it says.
Some videos simply won't be available. Private, age-restricted, members-only, removed or region-blocked videos may not work, and live streams that are still running can't be saved. If you paste a playlist link, only the single video in that link is handled.
Our own content and design
The text, layout, design and graphics of this website belong to YouTube Video Download Online. You're welcome to link to our pages, but please don't copy our content or design, in whole or in part, without permission.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We work hard to keep it running smoothly, but we can't promise that it will always be online, error-free or able to fetch every video you try.
YouTube can change how its platform works at any time, which may affect which qualities appear or whether a video loads at all. We make no guarantees about the result of any particular download.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, YouTube Video Download Online is not liable for any direct, indirect or incidental loss or damage that comes from using, or not being able to use, the site. That includes lost data, problems with your device, missed content and claims made by rights holders about files you chose to save.
Because the service is free, you use it at your own risk. Nothing here limits any rights you have that can't be excluded under the law where you live.
Changes and availability of the service
We may add features, change how the tool works, pause it for maintenance or stop offering it altogether, with or without notice. We may also limit or block access for anyone who misuses the site.
Copyright complaints
We respect the rights of creators. Since we don't store any files, we can't remove a video from YouTube itself, but we will take reasonable steps on our side when someone raises a valid concern.
If you believe your work is being misused through our service, send us the details through the Contact page and we will act quickly. Please include the following so we can review your request properly.
- Your name and a way to reach you.
- A description of the copyrighted work.
- The YouTube link or links involved.
- A statement that you are the rights holder or are authorized to act for them.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time, for example when the service changes or the law requires it. The updated version will be posted on this page and applies from the moment it's published. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the new terms.
